Q: How do I check my emails when I am away from home?


A: Simply go to any computer that is connected to the internet, and in the address field type: https://webmail.rurallink.co.nz, then enter your No.8 Wireless username and password.

Q: Can I pay my account by Direct Debit?


A: Yes, simply download the attached form, fill it in and send it back to us. We will then set this up with your bank. All Direct Debit's are processed on the 10th of every month.

Q: How can I set up my new No.8wireless email address?

A: Yes, we can provide you with a pre-configured wireless router - Linksys WRP400 from only $159.00 (this is a special price for No.8 Wireless customers only).


Q: What Operating Systems do you support?


A: We provide phone and email support for getting connected with the following operating systems:

  • Windows XP
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows 7
  • Mac OS X 10.5 or later

If you have issues with viruses, malware or other general computer problems, please contact your local IT service provider as we cannot provide support for such issues.

We also support Linux and BSD based operating systems however phone and email support for these operating systems is not provided. Only basic connection information is provided.
